Miss Neela Mukhopadhaya is a female Consultant Gynaecologist currently based at Luton & Dunstable University Hospital with a private practice spanning London and Hertfordshire.


She is a fellow of the RCOG, British Menopause Society, a fellow of the ICOG, British Fertility Society and part of the teaching Faculty at the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

With over 20 years of experience in treating women and couples across the range of gynaecological issues, Miss Mukhopadhaya prides herself in providing a tailored and personal care for all her patients.

  • Specialist Training: St George's Hospital, London and East of England Deanery

  • CCT with Specialist Training in Sub-fertility and Reproductive Endocrinology & Early Pregnancy and Emergency Gynaecology

  •  3 years of Infertility Treatment experience at Bourn Hall Clinic, Cambridgeshire

  • Specialises in Complex Gynaecological Scanning

  • Regularly performs operative gynaecology in Hatfield and Harpenden

Research and Presentations

 

Miss Mukhopadhaya is widely cited as a leading authority in obstetrics and gynaecology.

 

 

She has published several review articles, books, book chapters and case presentations. She is a reviewer for Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology Journal  and British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. 

 

 

She was the Principal Investigator for the 'Progesterone in Recurrent Miscarriage Trial' (PROMISE) and (VESPA) national clinical trials at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital. 

 

 

She is an accomplished public speaker and some of her recent presentations are listed in the Presentations section.

 

 

 

 

Miss Mukhopadhaya takes an active role in teaching and mentoring, both in the UK and abroad.
