Just a few......

I wanted to say a big thank you for the amazing treatment that I received from you. I am very appreciative.

I can't thank you enough for how much you've done for the past few months. I don't know how I would have got through my operation or even discovered what was wrong with me without you. I feel lots better and happier now and I just wanted you to know how much you've helped me and how much I appreciate it.
